Post The Royal London Circus in Pattaya this month
World famous circus in town

30. October 2005, 18:40

Performers from 17 countries

The world famous Royal London Circus, as part of its 21st anniversary special edition, is currently visiting Pattaya for the first time. Opening night was October 26 (unluckily coinciding with the heaviest cloud burst of the year) and the extravaganza now continues daily for a month. The location is on Pattaya 3rd Road, beside Hardtien Restaurant, in front of the Fishing Park.

Post Blow up dolls
I hear you have been blowing into some of those big

dolls you go with in Tawan club trying to make them larger wow pow.

Considering no wild animals are allowed in any circus from the UK Im sure its just a name for those who like a typical cirus even though if i remeber correctly last time i hear mary chipperfield was done for treating the animals badly allegedly

The 'world famous' circus would appear to come from London.  Strange then that I too have never heard of it.  Wonder where in the world anyone has!

On the other hand, do let us know if it is any good, world famous or no.

www.royallondoncircus.com/aboutus.htm

a pretty site.

It seems to only tour Asia. As far as I can see it is neither Royal nor does it have anything to do with London but it does seem to be a circus. The names are not British sounding but it may well be a great show. The site mentions that they got to Bangkok for December.

Blow Up! Sir you are talking to the Self Appointed Smoking Champion of Jomtien Beach - class, with own teeth - ready to take on all cummers. You knees should be trembling as do those of most of my clients.

Post Re: Curious
I went last night with Thai friends and it was very good.  The boys loved it, so go with your boys and it will make the night very special.  We all want to know where the chicken went in the illusionist act.  Trapese acts great, jugglers very very tasty and the Motor bike finalle with 5 bikes in a cage is just amazing! Dont miss it!

550 baht seated in comfortable seats 300 baht on benches as Circus's were in my youth. 2 hrs of great entertainment.

My boy and I also went.  We both enjoyed it immensely.  A Cirque du Soleil it isn't, but it was fun for the price.  The difference in price from the highest price seats to the second-highest price is as I remember about 200 baht.  The difference in seats is a reasonably comfortable chair or a not reasonably comfortable bench.  I went for the bench, not knowing the above.  My recommendation: Go for the chair.  It's both closer to the action and more comfortable.

Post Review
This circus has leased the name Royal London Circus.  All the performers are either Chinese or Russian. There are 3 well trained ponies, some poodles and tiny monkeys. About a fourth of the acts are any good.  Lacks any colorful, or decorative trappings in the tent.

It was something new to do in Pattaya so we went.  The cost of the seat 550 each. Cotton candy  25 baht.  The look on boyfriends face,  PRICELESS.  He loved it.

Post Re: Review
It is the same for all our our thai friends,  for almost all of them something like this is a whole new experience.

Whether it be Alcazar or similar, Throb, Boyz Boyz, Star Tref, Top Man, if they dont work there they have never seen anything like it.

There was a thread about a UK guy taking go go boys to Throb

I know guys that take boys to various shows, just for the pleasure

of seeing their enjoyment.

A boy from a bar in Sunee  is blown away by Throb, or BBB

A circus is a once in a lifetime experience.
