Yes wow pow is a delight and any one who goes to all the trouble to give out advice and help others is wonderful in my book.



I just can not understand all the knockers we dont mind a tongue up cheek fun jests as JB and I have but to go into all this vitriolic abuse so many informative poster have to endue, I sometimes wonder if there is a mental hospital with a compter and sawatdee in the favorites.

I also read your posts LMTU, and I have benifited from them - I directed a friend (i) in the direction of a hotel you mentioned (which had a decent price).



This board is about information, and I don't like those that knock others who take the time to provide it.



"Oh...they are promoting their friends business..etc"..so fucking what! I doubt that this Heddaesque accustaion is even true.



Keep it up - the silent majority (and the noisey minority) appreciate it.

Well that is soooooo nice of you dame Anne Thorpe if I had so many business friends I would be a lucky man, when really Im very shy and like to not speak at all in reality unless I have something contructive to say of course  



Its such a shame us info posters, seem to bring the worst out in some maily alcholics sitting with there bottle of wine jelous and bitter.  



After all I thought this was the reason for these forum's not to complain about information, but to help others with information about Pattaya

Well heres my point - I don't hang around the scene, but I like to know what is going on. Wowpow is a Bangkok scene expert, and also takes the time to offer advice and help others. I genuinely admire that. It seems to me that LMTU is the Pattaya equivalent, and as I rarely visit Pattaya I'm grateful for the news.



What do most visitors come here for? The esoteric arguments? The bitch fights? Bollocks they do! they come here because they seek information.



The other stuff - the Hedda vs The Colonel battles are sanook, but only to the bored, and often drunken, minority of expat regulars.



We shouldn't forget that there is room for both - that is what makes Sawatdee such fun. I'd like to see mauRICE, Hedda, RichLB, Pete1969, Brad, FarangBoss, The Colonel, Khunying Sanitree, Boygeenyus, John Botting, Surfcrest ...and all the others that have escaped my memory return with a vengance! I'll light a khratong for that!



Don't underestimate those that take their time to inform others! They are the unsung heroes of Sawatdee, and deserve our applause and NOT our derision.

As long as we're throwing out compliments (for a change), allow me to give wowpow some props.  Not only is he the most informative poster, he is a load of fun to be around.  Many of the places I frequent in Bangkok and Pattaya are because of him. I look forward to spending time with you in February.  Feel better my friend.

A friend of me mailed me yesterday and told me that wowpow is getting better. He has been seen cruising the boys in some gay streets in the Jomtien area already.

What's wrong with wow pow?
