A few months ago i posted on here about how last year i was at the Ambience cafe when a farang waiter was so bloody good to me.I remember even when i was half tanked from the night before how he helped me in the chair,kept filling up my ice cold coke as i was really thirsty and brought out my 3 hamburgers and chips.Then he helped ,carried me pratically up the stairs to my room.I remember telling him he had a great cafe and he told me he didnt own it,and i remember saying to him when he gets one of his own i will be there.Well anyone lo and behold i click on the www.gaybutton.com website and theres his photo with his own restaurant opening called symphony brasserie.

Mate i was half tanked /half drunk that morning and bloody dehrydrated and thirsty so after calling everyone a c..t,this was the only bloke who showed me courtesy.

Pulling out my chair,always smiling,making sure my hamburger had bbq sauce,mate he was a legend,then when i went back to ambihole he was gone.So lo and behold he s opened up his own place.Well im on my way.

I cant believe it was Hugh waiting on tables and looking after you.



I was under the impression he left at 6pm regardless.



Even so his new restaurant should be a class act because he was a professional in everything he did at BBB, and will carry that standard with him to his new venture.

This was about 1130am,and it was in the Ambience coffee shop and i dont forget a face!Especially a goodlooking one.

That was the bloke I remember.I think he must of went to waiter school or something,dont know how he can be so good at his job  when the thai staff stopped serving me after i told them about their service.Anyway i dont know where his new restaurant is,i cant understand the directions ,dont suppose he has Hamburger and chips there with coca cola.
