Gaybuttton says on his board



At least four Sunee Plaza bars have been forcibly closed. The reason? The usual . . .



He also says two suspects in the Japanese murder case are caught.

A friend of mine wrote on gaybutton to say it was totally untrue that 4 Bars are closed in Sunee owing to young boys working there, as we all know on this honest free Forum, only Kaos is closed owing to

 2 customers found drinking Juice over 18 and under 20.



But you should have seen the verbal abuse my friend recieved from gaybutton for him having the cheak to dispute him and my friend told him he was rumor mongering, well I thought Hitler was dead, now we know hes very much alive now, we now know why hardly any one writes on gaybuttonany one else had problems...

Let me tell you, Mr Earwig, if nothing else you win the award for Shameless Promotin' ... of just about everything, every chance you get.  



But that's OK, this Board lets you link to GayButton, and by the way, either GB has changed his rules, or he missed this thread ( www.gaybutton.com/dcforum.../2138.html ) ... which has within it a link to Sawatdee.

Well you may call it promotion, as I do not get any moneys from it, and I am trying to make those who come for the first time or want an easy way around the many places of fun, I consider Im doing Pattaya a big service, its just a shame there is so many negative knockers trying to make life difficult, for those who like to make life easy for all.



I have never met such  person as gaybutton I have been warned many times he's a control freak,but I thought if I confronted him with the untrue rumors he was peddleing I would at least get a true answer instead of a page of abuse.

Sawatdee Friends,



I have met Gaybutton and have seen him several times during my visits to Pattaya. Gaybutton is a nice fella and friendly. He always has treated me with a smile and friendliness; and I remember well he was the gent who gave me the most help in my first ventures into Pattaya over 5 years ago.



Indeed, Gaybutton is one person who will go out of his way to seek and provide helpful information and assistance to visitors and friends alike.



The Gaybutton.com website has good info - especially for the new visitor to Thailand and provides ongoing info about happenings in and around Pattaya. I have found his essay style topics and postings about Retiring in Thailand very helpful and good advice.



I am fully aware there are those who may think he is a "control freak" regarding his website...but I respectfully disagree and I thank him for taking the time to make his website available to use for our benefit.



Remember, if you disagree with him or his mannerisms in running his website - a simple option is available to you : DO NOT LOG INTO www.gaybutton.com and be Happy!



Thank You GB...Take good care...and enjoy your well-deserved retirement in Pattaya :-)

letmeboreyou just keeps on going..now its gaybutton, who provides a free service with tons of pertinent information and doesn't promote his friends bars, hotels and real estate properties..I guess letmeboreyou can't profit from gaybutton...   letmeboreyou keeps saying just ignore my posts if you don't like blatant promotion but why can't he follow his own advise and just ignore gaybutton who has the right to do as he wishes with his own site.. Maybe lmby should open his own site so I know where to send my dirty laundry...  

I have been wanting to you use the term 'Walter Mitty" characters that frequent this forum over a period of time. I have been one of those docile people that have read the stuff ,agreed its crap and done nothing.....so over the last day I have felt mischevious and allowed myself to say what I felt.



This thread is typical of a harmeless banter with an injection of poison thrown through it.



I have been to GB site a couple of times but always got put off by the members here who have said it is too restrictive.



However when you read this thread like a few others they are led by Walter Mitty characters that are there because their  day... is the computer. Without it they would have no arms or anything else.  Unfortunately they can only contribute under aliases for fear of some form of reprisal.    AND I DONT WANT TOO HEAR OF THE HYDRA THING.....it is old hat now and boring.



This thread seem to start off harmeless enough but got entered into by LMTU ( Let Me Tell U ) who went on about GB ( Gay Button with some unsubstantiated quotes flying back and forth).



All of it was suggestive rumour mongering and something  that was not that important.    But LMTU then wades into the conversation, after Smiles says he is not right and  we get this somewhat subservient person who says 'I promote Pattaya for the visitors and anyone else and 'get no money from it'   As if there is some guilty underlying suggestion he does.  Why does he jump to conclusions!!



I am afraid that every thing that is said like that just pulls the board down even lower in its ability to promote Pattaya.  It is also interesting to see those that follow his name in any thread always seem to be from the same ilk or camp!!   Unusual to say the least.

No Im sorry! if you owned a Bar In Pattaya, which must be one of the most dangerous, treacherous ways to make a living, then some one said you were closed for the wrong reasons and then on top of that, to make scathing accusations that 3 others were closed at the same time for the same reason, when most people who visit the area can quite plainly see this is totally untrue.



 Im sure anyone who detests rumor mongering would do the same and make the truth be know, its true there are many hydras writing on here, you can mainly tell them from there recent joinings, of course I always expect the odd sycophant to Pop up as well, its only natural,  I seem to bring the worst out in one Guy who seems to have sooooooo many walter mitty's its quite sad.



But fortunatly we are here and can give free speach, Mr Hitler has long gone, as I sad before we are all entitaled to our opinions thank god and of course youg et use to the very odd catty remark only then you know you are winning

But look up Walter Mitty and then you will understand why.  And please change your title to Miss Moneypenny because you sincerely are F...ed.

No one now believes a word you say.   Your credibility is zilch and you best option is come under a discreet new title because even your supposed old friends are heartily laughing at you and wondering when the next touch up is coming!!!!
