does anyone know a good Sun Tanning Studio in BKK (preferrably Silom or Siam Square area)?

Thais consider white skin the ultimate so dont know of any sun tanning places and cannot imagine that there are any. May be check with some of the big hotels.

Don't waste your time.  It doesn't exist in Thailand.  A skin whitening studio would be much more likely.
