Anyway…… Pattaya…..
I went to Pattaya with a friend I know from the internet. I never met him in person, we chatted on yahoo for some time… We talked of doing something together but it had to be outside Bangkok because they are something of a celebrity here. They felt Pattaya would be fine as it was a weekday, not many Bangkok folk are there, and he felt he would not be recognized.
So off we go to the View Talley… By bus… I did not want to take the bus but my friend insisted… So bus it is… the ride was not so bad… then we take the Baht Bus to the View Taley… We get there but run into a little snag for the room. I did not have all the info I needed to reach the guy I am renting the room from, so I go with my friend to Posiden… We are walking.. (I am limping) in the rain to the Posiden.. And we ask about a room. They have a room and we would have to change rooms on the 2nd night. The cost is over 2200 baht. I say no… And off we go to Tui’s place but first I say to stop at the internet café to find my confirmation from the View Taley. I find it and we call the number. Stephan meets us in front of Posiden and drives us to View Taley. (Stephen) He is an energetic guy and it radiates from him.
He shows us our room, gives us both a set of keys, tells us to help ourselves to the contents of the icebox (on him). And off he goes.
We go to for a limp around town. Boystown to see the show at Throbb and Boys boys boys and Abomb. We return back to the room for sleep…
Next day we go to the beach. Then the clouds come… then the rain starts…. Then the floods flood…. But I don’t care…

I will fill you in on the more interesting end of my Pattaya trip when I get back to the PC.
