A Gay friend of mine said can I look at his new Property he has built with love, on an estate he is creating just about 15 minutes from Jomtien Beach.....



I said yes, he said he wanted to build space and luxury for a good price, where you can close your enormous electric gated Compound and just chill out as you want.



Wow when I got there, I was amazed it was not only on almost a Rai of land, it was a beautiful luxury 5 bedroom Mansion



With 7 bathrooms and a living space well over 300 m2 it is enormous with Park  size Landscaped Grounds and a very large pool with also a Jacuzzi, I said you have gone over the Top here haven't you, he said yes, well we are selling this show house and some of the other houses on the estate at a more then fair price, to get our selves known in the market, for Luxury, Craftmanship, Space and Quality, so we thought if we sold these homes at a minimum profit, it would help others come to see the good craftsmanship we are doing and they will sell faster and with this Gay duo, you wait till you see it, with a Top designer and a man who has only lived in the best silver spoon homes, you could not expect anything more for so little.......... go see for your self, if you want your own "Grand Exclusive Estate" ideal for entertaining...just be ready to be amazed.....as I was, talk about the wowpow factor.....

- this is where I live!! Land here is around one to one and a half million per rai, although good locations are available for 400,000 per rai (with road access, electricity, etc) if you shop around. Did that bungalow really cost 15 million to build, or is that your idea of "minimum" profit? If so, it explains a lot!!!

Yes Jonny Big Botty, Im sure your friends web page, where you look for every one elses adverts, then put them on to his web page is a good Idea for you.



 I dont mean to be Rude, as Im sure when they get to know you in a not to techy mood, your a good guy,  but can we see your testimonials?



 It would be nice to find some one who has at least bought or sold even one home from this site, and is happy with your service.

.I respect what you say thaiforme, but your wrong I am offering a wonderful opportunity for any of the guys here to buy a wonderful very comfortable Property I have personally seen and very much approved of, its all to do with trust because if you visit any of the Bars, Clubs, Restaurant or Homes, I mention it is nothing to do with me making money out of it as i dont.



 But all to do with you not having to go looking at many bad places and properties as I consider Im well informed as I have been coming to Thailand since 1976 and know a small amount a new guy does not.



 But more Importantly I know many of the tricks and can steer you away from the dross, but there again Im not at all selfish I consider there are many guys who would like my free service.



At least you can skip my posts, I just wonder why you would want to stop others from benefiting from my world of Knowledge, Please be a bit more considerate, to the many others who do like my Imfo, posts.................... you should see my mail box.

I think a great name for the initial poster shold be Miss Moneypenny because thats what shes down to.



First question I would ask is if he has a Working Permit, because there is a definate suggestion something is being sold (for free or fee!!) And that is not acceptable I believe in Thailnd



But then it would appear that the other property fiasco that was advertised on here of a 4 unit property in Yensabai  by LMTU became a real mistake as to who was selling it or making a real hash of it! Didnt know his Big C for his Big A!  Then it quickly got deleted as a mistake.  

After seeing a very misleading subject heading and then reading all the posts about the Sundance development I decided to take a look for myself.



Frankly, I was highly skeptical how a new estate on the other side of Sukhumvit could justify a price tag of 16 million Baht for a land and house package. However, I was surprised and very impressed.



It is a very pleasant rural environment, but all the infrastructure has been completed.



Simply, if a buyer seeks a large luxury home on a big plot of land then this is ideal and if the Ambassador Resort (which is close by) gets the nod for a casino I feel this type of property will be in demand.  The same house and land package on near by Phoenix Golf Club would cost considerably more.



I understand several real estate agents have the development listed but NOT Pattaya’s newest agent LMTY Realty

I thought that was a simple question and a yes or no answer would suffice.

AS I understand,the occupancy of the 4 unit condo is still being used by the same person. I also believe that the unit has not been sold.
