I went to the opening last night in Boyztown.
It was a complete madhouse. Standing room only. Free food apparently brought out tons of customers. There was a set up outside for the free food and it seemed to stay very busy with limitless amounts of food. They also had live bands and music outside which brought many to the area. Dancing in front of the stage and laughter made for a very happy atmosphere.
Once inside, you were lucky if you got a seat. The flow of traffic in and out seemed consistent. Since there was free food, many stayed on much longer than normal. I saw many had whiskey setups going.
The stage was covered with boys. Many were familiar faces from the old bar in Sunnee and there were several new faces as well. They did seem to keep the age over 18 as I did not see anyone there that was younger. I hope that policy continues.
Drinks were regular Pattaya priced. Staff was cute and waiters and doormen were friendly.
It was a very festive atmosphere while we were there. We had a group of 5 and went 2 times and there were no seats available. We went over to Amore for dinner and then came back later and they cleared room for us.
I know the staff must have been exhausted at the end of the night.
Congrats to the new Sawatdee for an excellent grand opening! Keep up the good work guys!
