I saw the El Duo show at Cafe Royale tonite with a large group of friends and we all liked the guys and were entertained..
The guys are extremely personable and friendly and maintain great eye contact and relate very well with slightly older
and slightly less attractive customers.
Both guys made a point of greeting us and shaking hands before and after the first set.  The sound system is good and the
guys own the stage, moving very well and singing their hearts out.
I could be like Simon on American Idol and nit-pit the occasional pitch problems and missed notes but they knew their material
and belted them out to the enjoyment of all..

When they sing a romantic song, they both look you in the eye and you almost feel that they honestly love you for the mini moment
and that says something about how well they communicate and work the crowd.

El Duo will  be at Cafe Royale three nights a week and have three sets a nite..  The first set is at 9:45P and started promptly and
then there is a 15 minute break and then the second set with different material.
Except for Andy Williams' Moon River, which was a special request and somewhat painful if one remembers Andy Williams, the rest of
the songs were very good and it is a joy to watch these gorgeous Asian men on the stage.. They interact very well with each other
and compliment each other.  
I especially liked when they sang falsetto and showed their range..
All for the price of a drink or two and well worth a look see..  Not for the overly critical who have unreasonable expectations for almost free
entertainment in Pattaya but a joy to the eye and easy on the ears and definitely entertaining and I will see them again and again..

I did see one of the Dolly Sisters in the audience and felt a little tinge of remorse for using the Dolly Sisters as my comparison of what
is the worst "gay style" entertainment (obese, elderly drag acts) and really they are just trying to have fun and make us laugh as they
certainly know what they look like and I will not belittle them again as they end up raising lots of money for charity and many of do actually
enjoy the Dolly Sisters and similar drag acts.. Nobody forces us to watch drag acts but do yourself a favour and take in the El Duo guys
without the expectation that you are going to see world famous professional singers with platinum albums etc. and have some fun and bask
in their hot looks and think about which one you would like to.......

Nice review. I'm expecting to make one of my very rare trips to Sin City soon, so can someone please remind me which nights El Duo perform (on stage at Cafe Royale).

I went last night and they were just brilliant. I watched the audience and everyones eyes ( thais also) were fixed on the guys and nobody chatting as is normally the case.  Warm & loud applause after each number, and a great range of songs they have too.

They will do very well in Pattaya.
