Does anyone know a trustworthy Realtor in Asia that would work as far away from Thailand as the Philippines?

Wouldn't you be better off finding one in the Philippines? I've never met a realtor in Thailand who knew dick about anything anywhere else. |

Why the addition of "anywhere else"? Go for an agent in the Philippines; it would be difficult for them to be any less qualified than those here, where there are no qualified and registered valuers or surveyors - even CB Richard Ellis in Pattaya is headed by a lawyer! |

I have been in contact with several people in Cebu and Manila. I did the google this first but some of the answers I got back worried me as to what one would feel to be an honest one. So, I do Have a friend there but it would not be to my advantage for him to park me too close to his home. He has been there 15 years and I am sure he can help.My life style and his are no where near the same. I am not sue I want to be too close to him in as much as my personal life and his are not any where near the same. I am just not sure I want his help in this matter.
