Join us on the first weekend of November for Fridae's historic 5th Nation Party. Thousands from all over Asia and beyond will converge on the Thai paradise island of Phuket in celebration of community, diversity and pride. Nation.V will include an unprecedented 9 parties over three days and nights, featuring some of the world's top circuit DJs and the region's rising stars; spectacular visual effects and unforgettable venues which are now signature of every Fridae event.
Since it’s birth in 2001, Nation has grown in size and reputation, from an underground party for a “few” circuit pioneers (you know who you are!) at the now-defunct Fantasy Island in Sentosa, to the massive festival that attracted 8000 at the magnificent Sentosa Musical Fountain in 2004.
No longer simply a celebration of Singapore’s independence, Nation is now an event that knows no borders. It is a reunion for friends from all over the world, and a chance to make many new ones and an opportunity for the global Fridae community to come together over one fabulous weekend. No matter who you are, or where you come from, gay, lesbian, transgendered, bisexual, straight, or just plain curious – everyone is welcomed! Nation is a party that does not discriminate, so leave your prejudice at home and enjoy a weekend where you can be yourself. This year, Nation is held in November (instead of August) and in Phuket (instead of Singapore) for the first time. In addition to the three main parties from 4-6 November, don’t miss the special poolside and after hours parties co-organised by HX Production and Cocktail (Hong Kong); G5, Wonderland and Follow Me (Taiwan); AgeHa (Japan); and Liquid (Malaysia).
