Guesthouse in Hua Hin

Has anyone ever stayed at a place called LilleMan Guesthouse in Hua Hin?
Do you have any recommendations for a small guesthouse there? I'm planning on staying in Hua Hin for 3 nights December 27th and departing the 30th.....I realize it is getting late to make these reservations but it appears there are still plenty of rooms available in town based on searches online.

Bumi's got a place nearby and I'm guessing there are always spare rooms
