Bumping and publicising a social gathering arranged specifically for posters to this forum, is rather different to, ........remind me what you specialise in? Oh yes, bumping yourself , for more self promotion, dressed up as new information.

By the way, have you accepted yet that the appearance of the gaythailand website, interesting though it may be in the future, is hardly the second coming forecast by your headlines?

New gay thailand websites seem to be popping up regularly.
You have lost the Plot

PostAuthor: let me tell u » Wed 23 Nov, 2005 3:42 am

Well Brad as you see its a wonderful new site and a lot of work has gone into it, Im sure your agree when the rest of it and the new forum comes on line it is a good addition to our gloriouss Pattaya chat and keep up with the local info of the land of smiles.2

What on earth would I gain from self promotion I
think Brad you are confused with Info of the wonderful places to stay and things to do in Pattaya I try to help new and old friends to stay or visit.

If more people told us about there experiences or advertised the new place to stay or visit it a very good bar or restaurant we have not heard about before this is what the forum is mainly for now some guys turning most Info posts in to the morning or late night bitterness of there own mind.

Just check the guys that are spitting poison, then see what contribution to interesting info or exsperiences in Thailnd they contribute, as I have, and you could write a book about them on here, even though a lot of them use different handles some of us know exactly who they are.

Quote:
with Info of the wonderful places to stay and things to do in Pattaya I try to help new and old friends to stay or visit.

I have never found LetMeTellU's posts mean or self promoting. I do find them loud. But, that is very similar to his personality and I respect that. I also enjoy listening to him in person as his conversation is just as exciting and happy as his posts here. He is a pleasure to speak with and has great advice to share with those are new to the area. When he posted about the new site he had nothing to gain for himself. He did it simply to bring attention to the site. And, for that I thank him. I wish as much vile went into those on here that spew hatred as went into those who take LetMeTellU's remarks as venom.

I will say he does remind me a bit of Barnum Bailey and he does hype things up a bit. But, I always loved a Circus. BTW: has anyone seen the one in Pattaya this week?

royal london circus

PostAuthor: catawampus cat » Wed 23 Nov, 2005 9:11 am

Heard it was not quite royal and not from London atnd not really a circus but good acrobatics and some dog acts.. Too bad they didn't get letmeboreyou to promote it as the greatest show on earth..Some screaming queens really live by getting noticed and irritating people so I guess we will all have to put up with the screaming color banners and blatant promotions and sensation headline...

Americans and New Zealanders use the word "pissed" to mean angry, but Aussies use it to mean drunk.I got pissed a lot in Pattaya, even had some Thai blokes in a bar on the cnr opposite "come in bar" want to blue me until my Ex BF saved me.
