Within moments the glorious form of a leaping horse took shape in a multitude of colours. After about ten minutes it was done, added to in an almost Baroque style. The lighting changed as the boy slipped away from the stage and others came on with a plastic covering for the floor and a large bowl of soap-sud water. Two young men then gyrated onto the stage both clothed only in paint and the glow of ultra-violet light so that their remarkably decorated bodies were brought into life. A prancing horse and brilliant peacock snaked across the stage. They proceeded to cover each other with suds and then came together in a slow ballet of love making which was sufficiently sensual to arouse them both. They simulated a wide display of sex and as they did so the paint on their bodies mixed with the suds so that as the floor became covered with bubbles the bubbles glowed with striking colours in the ultra violet light. The audience, almost entirely oriental, was totally silent. When it ended there was a dash of applause. It was really quite stunning.
