I have been told its opened but not much of a crowd.I cant wait to open my own GO go bar in Sunee Plaza with the help of my Ex BF.IT will be a special kind of bar similar to KAOS.We will not have boring boys dressed in underwear.We will have Muay ThAI boxers up there,slut ladyboys with thongs/g strings.Plenty of non stop shows.This will be the only bar with non stop shows between 8pm and 1am.We will have boys boxing each other,jelly wrestling.We will have bondage and discilpline shows.
You will be seeing boys dressed up in uniforms,leathers,g strings,etc.It will probaly be called the BIZZARE GO GO.I want burning wax and candle shows,dog collar shows.I want farangs able to buy ping pong balls to chuck at the boys.I want no boring ladyboy shows.I want entertainment,excitement,and plenty of masters and sub slaves .
You will all be waiting for me,it will happen,but when i move in it will be in a big way.Big go go bars full of punishment.I will have the PUNISHMENT bar where you can whip the waiters.

The Corner Opens tonight 14the December with Suckling Pig and very nice bar it is to reminiscent of the First Class lounge at most Top Airports let Hope you get an up grade AND SEE YOU THERE FROM 8PM.

Well there is 3 bar up for sale now KBOYS 1 million or near offers, Amigos 6 Million or near offers and EUROBOYS 1.1 Million or near offer so put your money where your mouth is and if that is not enough Try Supper Queen also available after that I'm sure Sunee Plaza The Plaza is then ready to take on Boyztown and The New Jomtien Complex where Business are popping up like Corks in a Fun fair but i only Hope there sustain the Customers to frequent all of them

What do people get when they buy a bar? The whole building the bar is in? Just the bar? A lease contract with a landlord? The inventory and the staff and the business?

Considering how anyone can start a bar, why would a buyer pay millions for one?

Hidden cameras in THE short-time room? Did they have only one short-time room? Re the Corner Bar I never understood what their business model was. Just how much can you make from selling soda?

Can be any of those. Most often, I suppose, a lease hold: Asian land-owners don't like to part with the land. Some whole buildings, for instance: hotels, are lease holds. Some land owners may want a share of the profits--Or not accept that--as part of the deal.

Maybe. And, usually, (Old, broken down.) fixtures (Which the previous owner may try to steal on the day of the closing--And buyer must ascertain said previous owner has fully paid for them: or someone will drop by with a pee-cup truck....
You are also paying for 'good will' and 'custom'--Assuming the joint actually had any.

Gary informed me that there was NO CAMERA found in the short time room at his new place.Some one had made it up. So

What is it with Sunee Plaza and camera rumours? Lots of people have heard about cameras, but nobody have seen them... In the case of Pearl, I put it down to vanity. She always thinks she is followed by paparazzi.
