Hi,
I need to do some computer work while on vacation in Pattaya and do not want to take my laptop. My work will involve Quicken and I would rather work in my condo. Can anyone offer any advice on how I can accomplish this? Thank you.

Rent, Borrow or BuyUnless you find a condo with a computer installed as a part of the furniture, you will have to rent, borrow or buy one to do what you want.
Suggest you bring a memory stick or minidrive with the software and your files already loaded.
Daxus, if it were me, I would not do what you are suggesting in your post. I would bring my laptop.
However, if for some stange reason I had to do what you are plannning, I would bring a mini-external USB drive that I could execute from without having to load software or data on to the borrowed computer. I would be very careful that my Quicken data was not available on the borrowed computer when I was done. Geez, my Quicken file is like the key to my entire financial worth! Be careful and reconsider taking your laptop.
Daxus, another thought. I run Quicken off my hard drive, however, Quicken can be run off the web if you create a My Quicken account and upload all you financial data into your personal web account.
You can find information on My Quicken at: http://quicken.intuit.com/commerce/catalog/category.jhtml?categoryId=cat0000000000006332589 This approach might appeal to you a bit more. However, caution, make sure you clear the caches, cookies and any files you might temporarily store on the borrowed computer. Finally, to give you the full breathe of my paranoia, use a computer from a source you trust has not installed tracking software that records all your keystrokes.
