Did anybody ever tried Adonis Massage, on soi Convent, Bangkok?

Was there about 6 - 8 months ago. The massage skills were less than satisfactory, the post-massage skills were nil. The slim chap (too slim for me, really) did the massage in the buff, but was always working from the side of the bed. He never climbed on. So when he finished, he was off to the side, and kind of waited for me to make a move. It was far too awkward to reach out and pull him in, and anyway he really wasn't my type, so I didn't bother.



I saw this on the webvsite:



"Our Blended Oil is a blend of Sweet Almond, Grapeseed, Jojoba and Olive Oils"



My God, these are heavy oils; they will leave you very oily. They are not what a good spa would ever use.

 

Any other personal experience?

I may be easily satisfied but I have used this place but only twice.  I found the mammasan and boys to be professional (all things considered), they were a cute bunch with one or two real good lookers.



The masseur was in the buff -- sometimes I like it sometimes I don't -- and they even want to shower with you: something I definately don't like, it reminds me of bath night when I was a kid and unable to do it myself.



The first massage was very good, the apres massage was even better.  The second massage was from a less experienced guy and it showed.  But I will go back because I liked it.

What kind of guys? Muscular, twinks, or skinny?

If you got any kind of "relief" after the massage and you only tipped "the house standard tip for the elapsed time per their price list", Then no wonder the poor boy grumbled about the tip.  The minimum tip (standard tip as you call it)is for Massage ONLY. The boys expect from 500 to 1000 baht ABOVE that for any hanky panky.

Is it really, m'dear? How do you know this? I suspect it is related to what they think they can get away with! I only use establishments where I know the owner  and make a big point of thrusting my point home - whether they fancy me or not is then not relevant. I get the goods and no lip either.

I know there is a charge to the house. This house charge is generally considered to be for the use of the facility, the oils, etc. The separate listed "Minimum" Tip (depending on the length of the massage)is for the actual Massage and goes to the masseur. I.E. 500 baht minimum tip for one hour massage, etc.  I took your original comment to mean you paid him the posted Minimum Tip for the amount of time of the massage.  But I stand by my comment that the posted tip amount is generally considered by the boys to be for a massage only with no "post massage activity".  They expect a larger Tip than that if you get more than a massage.  At least, that is what one boy who used to work at Adonis told me. He is a friend of my BF.  If you tipped 1000 baht for a one hour massage, the boy had no reason to "grumble".

OK, I think This will be my last post.  It seems you can't have any kind of discussion on this board without the likes of Yimsuai churing out another personal attack. I for one, am fed up with it.







 

For me a tip is what i want to give. When they demand a tip i add it to the price.I never will go to adonis-massage and other places.Shit system to pay 3 times for one massage.

Intelligent pays less
