I believe I saw an advertisement for a new auto paint shop that opened in Pattaya. It is suppose to have the latest technology. Now that I want to find the shop, I can't. Anyone in Pattaya heard of a new tech auto painting shop?

Also, if someone on a retirement visa wants to rent out a condo they own, would he need a work permit since income is being received from the rental and pay tax on that income?
